a variety of tools and techniques to reduce stress fast
These group programs will be repeated throughout the year and are available
individually.
Stress Wisdom promotes stress resilience and wellbeing by
inspiring, educating and empowering individuals, groups and businesses
to move through stress to inner calm, vitality and joy.
The Stress Wisdom programs are founded on 25 years of experience
specializing in chronic and acute stress and discovering effective ways
to reach and maintain wellbeing. The programs complement allopathic and
alternative medicine.

Stress Tip
For our Emotions
Laugh! Whatever is going on in your life, find time to laugh every
day. Watch a silly movie, call a friend who you can laugh with, look
for the comical in every-day life. This is not an invitation to laugh at people,
or even yourself, but perhaps to laugh with them, or at our over-seriousness
in general. Laughter is a great healer. Norman Cousins healed himself
of a serious illness by watching comedy day after day. Laughter causes
pain killing chemicals to race through our bodies – a client of
mine with a broken back and experiencing great pain, found that after
watching his favourite comedy the pain completely left him for a while,
so he had fun and was pain free!
